Participation in the r1999 Rewards programme is subject to the specific rules published on the Rewards page, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. Points are awarded based on qualifying platform activity and may not be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion. r1999 reserves the right to adjust the structure, thresholds, and benefits of the Rewards programme at any time with reasonable notice provided through the platform. Tier status is calculated based on activity within a defined period; failure to meet the minimum activity threshold may result in a tierdowngrade at the start of the next review cycle. r1999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, r1999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, or any other intangible loss. r1999 is not responsible for connectivity issues caused by the member's internet service provider, device limitations, or third-party network conditions. The platform's total liability to any member in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount of any fees paid by that member to r1999 in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
r1999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in platform features, applicable law, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, members will be notified through an on-platform notice or by other appropriate means, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting support. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Members agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the r1999 support team in the first instance, before initiating formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents r1999 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between r1999 and each member with respect to the use of the platform.
